Study On The Influencing Factors Of Cost Control In The Construction Stage Of HT Ocean Pavilion Project

In the process of operation and management of construction enterprises,cost control is the most important and cannot be ignored.Cost management can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and has a practical role in promoting the long-term development of enterprises.Generally speaking,in the construction process of a project,there are feasibility study,survey and design,construction,completion and other stages.The construction stage has a relatively large amount of time,resources,and funds.Therefore,the importance of cost control in the construction stage is needless to say,and it is very practical to study the influencing factors of cost control.Refer to the influencing factors and improve the cost management to make the enterprise obtain better cost control effect.Based on the clear research background and significance,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research content and methods.This paper expounds the concepts and theories related to the cost control of construction projects,analyzes on the current situation of the cost management of the aquarium project and the characteristics of the influencing factors of the cost control of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Next,identify and analyze the influencing factors of the cost control of the HT Aquarium construction project,using the methods of literature research,expert interview,principal component analysis,and analytic hierarchy process,and use SPSS and yaahp and other calculation tools to calculate the index weight value.Then,according to the ABC classification,find out the key factors in the influencing factors of the project cost control.Finally,after collecting and sorting out the relevant data of the case,the case engineering is empirically studied around the key factors,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through research,it can be found that the key influencing factors of cost control are shutdown and idling,actual wages higher than the plan,the technical level of operators,cost management level and the accuracy of design drawings.Focusing on the key factors,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the cost control measures of the construction project of HT Aquarium: all parties involved in the project should strengthen cooperation;Actively take epidemic prevention and control measures;Strengthen settlement management;Recruit staff from the project site to improve team stability;Strengthen mechanical operation practice;Establish a promotion mechanism to encourage employees to improve their operation level;Establish an independent cost accounting department,and use the regional map to manage the cost and progress;Strengthen safety management;Organize the publicity and study of cost control,improve the cost control awareness of each staff member,and strengthen the cooperation between departments;Use information system to assist cost management;Try to avoid construction while designing,and reduce the cost caused by project change and repair;The construction unit shall comply with the construction specifications and strictly follow the construction drawings;The construction unit shall strengthen the drawing study and review ability.I hope it can provide reference for the cost management of HT Aquarium project and other projects.
