The Comprehensive Utilization Of Coal Mining Subsidence Area And Its Planning Strategy Research In Huaibei City

Huai Bei city,one of the ten top coal bases in China,is a central city in An Hui Province in the northeastern China.As a resource-based city built for coal and flourished by coal,Huai Bei has developed so quickly by mining and selling coal for many years,that it causes many serious problems,such as land subsidence,the damage of infrastructure,the exhausted resource,and the deterioration of ecological environment.Having mined for many years causes the land subsidence and makes the land for farmland and the construction of our city destroyed badly.There is a large area of subsidence caused by coal mining in Huai Bei,and it comes to an area of 120 square kilometers just in the center of our city and a hydrops area of 50 square kilometers all the year round.The geology and the deterioration in the area of subsidence area impede the construction and development of our city.A shortage of land resource led by land subsidence causes many urban disease,such as overpopulation concentration,traffic jam,the saturation to the construction of capacity,the shortage of infrastructure,the limitation of expand space.So it is urgent to find some ways to make use of subsidence area,to speed up the city's transformation and to solve the present problems in such limited space.Therefore,in the background of transforming the resource-depletion city,we will focus our points on how to make full use of resource in subsidence area,finding a proper way for this subsidence area,making the subsidence area profitable,and facilitating our city's development of transforming.Based on taking in the research results about how to comprehensively use the subsidence area at home and abroad and the summary of the cases about using the subsidence area successfully as well as based on using the subsidence area successfully.The background of our city's development and research on present conditions of making full use of the subsidence area.In this paper,I state the present condition and lessons of the use of subsidence area and get the problems in making use of the subsidence area in Huai Bei City,as well as the reason and the main model and ways of making use of the subsidence area.Meanwhile,by combining the reality of development of city planning and construction.I predict the depth in subsidence area by comprehensively using engineering science,ecology,landscape science and city planning,and I explore the use of subsidence area as well as its design,after that,I put forward different ways and planning strategy about making use of the subsidence area,then,strengthen the scientificity and operability of making use of subsidence area and solve the bad effect caused by thoroughly,to provide the basis for the transformation of our city and to provide reference for the same situation in other cities.
