With the technology development of smart distribution gird,the users of power terminal have increased the requirements for the power reliability.To achieve the reliability of power supply has become an inevitable trend.However the complexity and the huge scale of the electricity distribution has brought a lot of problems for the rapid isolation of the fault and the recovery of the terminal users timely.The paper gets track on dynamics of smart distribution gird at home and abroad.According to the actual situations of electricity distribution in Taizhou area,the research of the fast protection is based on all kinds of operation modes,optimizes the distribution protection configuration in Taizhou area,improves the reliability and selectivity.It will analyze the communication network of electricity distribution,make sure the feasibility of distribution protection channel.According to the regional operation modes in the current time and the power flow,the research of the the auto setting and remote control improve the work efficiently.It summarizes the actual tests and research work of pilot operation in high technology zone.It has achieved some innovative results mainly including: the development of the rapid distributed protections of various operation modes with adaptations is based on IEC61850.Through the fast message demand mecha nism of GOOSE,it will realize the sharing of all the domain protection information,rapidly remove the faults.The construction of synchronization network timely is based on IEEE1588.It will realize the data transmission with synchronization.It will car ry out the research on electricity distribution synchronization;high reliable communication network,through the method of GMRP dynamic division and port mirror mode in order to achieve high reliable information transmission.The development and protection checking system are based on real-time operation mode and trend through the CIME,E language,to add the data and real-time topology,interaction of sate power network data.Through the database of IEC61850 and control block to achieve the functions of download and check it realizes the auto setting and remote control.Through the site verification,this paper comes up with the rapid distributed protection of distribution grid based on IEC61850.It has good openness,promotes the standardization and interoperability of distribution protection.So it could promote the construction and development of smart distribution grid,improve the reliability of power supply.
