At present,the power grid is in the historical process of comprehensive energy service transformation,facing the era background of high proportion of renewable clean energy access and diversified energy demand on the user side,the distribution system is gradually evolving towards grid and multi-source distribution of the Internet of things,from the traditional single source one-way power supply mode to multi-source two-way power flow mode,and the power grid is expanded with the increasing complexity of the structure and operation environment,the traditional power distribution protection and control technology based on local information is gradually exposed insufficient,which is difficult to adapt to the demand of reliable and stable operation of the power distribution system in the new situation,and the problem of power supply reliability is increasingly prominent.In recent years,with the continuous improvement and expansion of IEC61850 standard,the relevant methods are applied to the field of power distribution.Relying on advanced communication technology,flexible access,network integration and information sharing of multiple protection and control intelligent electronic equipment are realized.High-level and high-performance power distribution protection control scheme is developed,which has become a solution to the poor and reliable control performance of power distribution protection in the new situation It is an effective way to solve problems such as low sex and lack of intelligence.However,whether the control scheme of distribution power protection based on IEC61850 can be applied effectively depends on the communication specification and is restricted by the performance of communication network.At present,there is no means to analyze the performance of the communication network based on IEC61850 standard.The real-time and reliability of the communication network can not get quantitative data support and demonstration,which seriously hinders its engineering application.Therefore,under the support of NSFC's key project "Research on quantitative analysis and optimization method of protection and control information flow of smart grid"(51577073),this paper is based on IEC 61850 standard power distribution protection and control service is the research object.Aiming at the problems of communication network modeling and adaptability of communication network,the research is carried out according to the idea of demand analysis model building simulation analysis:1)Demand analysis: firstly,this paper analyzes the new demand of protection and control business on the distribution side and the consumer side of the power system under the new situation,analyzes the differences in its application fields,related objects,communication demand,etc.,takes the communication architecture and information flow group as the starting point,summarizes the equipment composition and communication characteristics,and discusses the real-time and reliable distribution side protection and control optical fiber network communication side The scheme and the communication scheme of WLAN wireless network based on flexible access and power side protection control are introduced,and the performance index and communication demand of communication network are analyzed from the perspective of real-time and reliability.2)Model building: in view of the lack of communication standard based on IEC61850 in network simulation application,relying on OPNET communication simulation platform,this paper puts forward a communication network simulation modeling method based on IEC61850 for distribution power protection and control,and establishes a communication network simulation model complying with IEC61850 The standard information model,equipment model and network model can meet the simulation requirements of fiber-optic switching network and WLAN wireless network on the power distribution side,and provide a strong and powerful model tool for further simulation and analysis of the communication network performance of power distribution protection and control based on IEC61850 standard.3)Simulation analysis: Based on the model tool developed above and relying on OPNET simulation platform,the communication networking research and adaptability analysis of distribution side protection control based on optical fiber switching network and power side protection control based on WLAN wireless network are respectively realized.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of several key factors in the performance simulation analysis of distribution side protection control communication network,it is realized that At present,the performance simulation of communication network in various scenarios can obtain the end-to-end delay,packet loss and other network performance of the message,quantitatively analyze and demonstrate the real-time and reliability of the communication network,evaluate the adaptability of different communication networks applied to the distribution protection and control business,and provide science for the networking strategy,equipment selection and planning construction of the distribution side and the power side protection and control business Guidance basis for effectiveness.
