Studies On Cost Management And Control Of The International Housing Project

Since reform and opening up develop fast in China,the construction industry is booming up as well,as the mainstay of the nation's economy.Cost profit matters success or failure of the construction project.To cost management and control in construction,the price of labor,raw materials and other supplies equipment inquired soars to cause more pressure on construction costs.Especially to the overseas projects,the same difficulties meet on the way.Win more profits from the real construction by optimizing organization structure and reducing the cost of construction work on various aspects of risk,with effective measures to ensure project quality,being the key step.Construction cost has a direct impact on construction quality and project time limit for a project.Traditionally,the project cost management as the early stage of the project evaluation;however,in this paper,take the garden housing project in Qatar as an example,carry out the professional studies on the cost management and control based on the mathematical mode of evaluation and the detailed model arithmetic to innovate the research field of the cost management of post construction,being also a challenge to the whole construction field and filling in the blank in the research of mathematical model,truly to consistent with the preliminary budget planning test and the previous planning books as well as the terms of the contract so as to prevent effectively from cost risk and to strive for the maximum profit of projects and enterprises.Through analyzing the real contruction project,make a concrete construction cost control and management of existing problems,systemic optimization of cost control and management,research and empirical analysis with model.First,outline the background with meaning of this topic research,and review the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Second,analyze the differences of foreign domestic similar project to find out the important factors influencing the construction cost and systemic evaluation index system.Moreover,improve the quality of construction projects,reduce the risk of overruns budget coefficient based on triangular fuzzy number and the data m odel of grey system method;sort by TOPSIS method(close to ideal solution)degradation scheme to optimize and choose the best decision-making plan.Finally,summarize the research achievements of this paper and evaluate the subjects in the field of study.
