With the rapid development of the national economy,the power network has become increasingly complex.As an important part of the distribution network,relay protection is an important guarantee for the stable and safe operation of power.Its performance and benefits are important evaluation indicators that need to be considered in investment decision-making.The life cycle cost of power installations includes five from equipment purchase to scrapping.Stage: purchase,operation,maintenance,overhaul and scrap disposal.This paper combines it with production practice and develops and designs a comprehensive evaluation system for relay protection devices based on the full life cycle.The research in this paper is as follows:Summarize the secondary ledger data of relay protection equipment in a certain province,collect and summarize 12475 pieces of effective data of relay protection departments in 12 prefectures,cities and provinces,involving 58 relay protection manufacturers.The economics and reliability of relay protection devices often show a proportional linear relationship.The focus of this paper is to find the best balance between economics and reliability through ledger index information,which is different from the traditional LCC model.The double penalty function of maintenance cost and failure cost during the life cycle makes the LCC model more accurate and comprehensive to reflect the information in the ledger of the relay protection device.This paper combines the low-level indicators in the existing ledger data,uses improved triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight-TOPSIS two methods to evaluate,analyzes and compares the indicator weighting methods and results,and converts the indicators into corresponding scores and quantifications.Indicators that cannot be directly compared are to be informatized,standardized and standardized,and the final results are used to objectively display the advantages and disadvantages of different manufacturers in the form of data.In the state grid platform OMS(Intelligent Dispatching Management System),the system was developed based on oracle datebase.The client of the system adopts the browser mode,and Tomcat is selected as the application server to meet the easy operation requirements of zero client users.The power supply companies of all cities and counties Relay protection professionals can access the system through a browser and enter the full life cycle data of relay protection devices in the distribution network under their jurisdiction,and then carry out evaluation work.In order to visually display the results of comprehensive evaluation and analysis,a graphic display function is provided,and various types of cost analysis results are combined to form a column,broken line,pie and other graphics.Combining the professional work requirements of provincial dispatching relay protection,provide diversified analysis methods,and support professionals to obtain corresponding time period of distribution network relay protection device defect characteristics and life cycle cost comparison data according to their own needs.
