Total Process Management Oriented For Construct Program Cost Research And Application Of Control Method In Stage

With the reinforcement of reformation,considerable progress has been made in China's construction industry.Meanwhile,the whole process management theory of engineering cost has developed rapidly.Six stages in construction project,which includes feasibility study,decision-making,preliminary design,detailed design,project implementation and project completion,are controled through whole process management of cost.The diversity of construction project results in complex engineering pricing process and various cost control methods.Therefore,it is very important to establish a standard process and design a practical control method for the existing problems at all stages.The main contents of this research are as follows.1.By collecting large scale of project data along with practical work,the characteristics of construction cost pricing methods in all stages are analysed and the difficulties and potential problems in cost management are identified.A standard management process is designed.2.Based on two main aspects including reasonable volume and accurate pricing,the scentific analyse and control design for every stage in the whole process of project are executed.For example,efficiency factor method(EFM)is used to estimate the effectiveness of evalution methods in feasibility study phase;in preliminary design phase,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to identify the preliminary design unit;In detailed design phase,fuzzy sets methods(FSM)is used to obtain accurate pricing method;in implementation phase,Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)is used to identify the administrative staff.3.The aforementioned methods is used for a new building project cost control of a company,which including the front design,using control points,reasonable pricing,selecting participants so as to control the cost of whole process,and all those model had been proven.
