Research On The Construction Of Lishui Power Distribution Automation Pilot Project

With the rapid development of social economy and science and scientific modernization,the city has put forward more and more requirements for high quality and high reliability power supply.The better development of city,the stronger ability to resist power outages,even a very short period of power outage will cause instability,as well as the greater economic losses.Distribution network as the terminal of the power grid,which is the core of the power grid and has responsibility to supply power to the users.With the rapid development of economy and society,the requirements of power supply and power quality becomes higher and higher,the construction of intelligent distribution is the basic condition for realize the smart grid,which has many features such as automatization and informatization.Lishui City project construction is in the center of Lishui,the region has one 500 kV substation,two 220 kV substations,six 110 kV substations,eighty-seven 10 kV lines,mainly supply power to the government,industrial and commercial customers and residents.The urban development of the city is basically formed,and the distribution network tends to be stable,which creates favorable conditions for the implementation of distribution automation.In this Dissertation,firstly the development situation of distribution automatization is introduced briefly,and it analyzes the present situation of regional power grid equipment?communication system and various systems existing pilot area in Lishui power supply company.Through the application and implementation of distribution automatization,the distribution network and equipment,distribution automation master station,distribution terminals,communication system request promotion.The goal is to complete the automation and communication network in Lishui city through the implementation of distribution automation project,integrate the structure of distribution network,realize the feeder automation and SCADA.Initially with the integration of intelligent distribution control requirements,the intelligent distribution network has the characteristics of automatization and informatization.
