| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand and consumption of energy have been increasing,and carbon emissions have also been increasing year by year.However,the fossil fuel-based energy consumption structure has led to increasingly prominent contradictions between the economy,energy and the environment.In order to implement the development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing between the party and the country,adhere to the principle of coexistence of man and nature,and create a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern clean energy structure is an inevitable choice to achieve a green economy.Renewable energy generation modes such as photovoltaics,wind power,hydropower,and biomass are gradually replacing oil,coal,and natural gas,and have become important alternative energy sources to optimize the energy structure of countries around the world.However,due to the strict requirements of uncontrollable natural conditions such as geographic environment,meteorological conditions,and air humidity when generating clean energy such as photovoltaics,wind power,and hydropower,the instability of power generation is also reflected.Multi-energy supplementary power generation methods can make up for this shortcoming,give full play to the advantages of multiple energy sources,improve system energy efficiency,and reduce emissions of pollutants.First,this article briefly summarizes the relationship between China’s gross domestic product and electricity use and carbon emissions in recent years,and elaborates the current development and distribution of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics,wind power,hydropower,and biomass.The research status of multi-energy complementary power generation systems at home and abroad was combed,and the working principles of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics,wind power,hydropower and other multi-energy complementary power generation systems were introduced,as well as related theories of economic analysis and environmental benefit analysis.Secondly,combined with the working principle of a multi-energy complementary power generation system and related theories of economic analysis and environmental benefit analysis,the PVsyst photovoltaic design system is used to evaluate its power generation capacity,and the net present value,dynamic investment payback period and internal rate of return are selected.These indicators are used for economic benefit analysis.Three indicators of coal saving,pollutant emission reduction,and environmental control costs saved by emission reduction in the system are selected for environmental benefit analysis,and an economic and environmental benefit analysis method for a multi-energy complementary power generation system is constructed.The analysis of economic and environmental benefits is carried out with the wind-solar complementary system as an example,and the sensitivity evaluation of the influencing factors affecting the economic benefits is carried out.As the National Development and Reform Commission proposed the gradual implementation of the parity on-grid policy,a certain degree of change in electricity prices will have a certain impact on the economic benefits of the system,but it can still recover costs and gain profits in the life cycle.The multi-energy complementary power generation system has good economic and environmental benefits.Finally,based on the results of the case analysis,this article puts forward suggestions from the three aspects of the country,local government and enterprises in order to obtain better economic and environmental benefits.Attract capital inflows and promote the development of multi-energy complementary power generation systems. |
