| With integration of the large-scale new energy into grid represented by solar and wind energy,a power system with a high proportion of new energy has been formed,alleviating the current energy crisis and environmental degradation facing the world at this stage.However,the output of new energy fluctuates greatly,which seriously affects the consumption of new energy.This paper uses equivalent load theory,completely considers the impact of new energy consumption by uncertain factors such as the volatility of new energy and random load,and conducts research work on peak and valley electricity prices based on demand response theory.In response to this problem,this article carried out related work on the basis of peak and valley electricity price pricing,time division,and optimization of electricity price levels on the basis of extensive access to relevant literature.First of all,in view of the basic problem of the current peak-valley price pricing,this paper proposes a new concept of peak-valley price based on equivalent load,that is,the peak-valley price research object is the local load minus the new energy curve.Secondly,the demand response theory is summarized,the demand response classification is comparatively analyzed,and the relationship and influence of demand price elasticity theory and consumer psychology with peak and valley electricity prices are analyzed.Third,combined with the peak-valley curve characteristics based on the equivalent load,a peak-valley electricity price period division model based on the improved K-means algorithm of density weights based on fuzzy membership is constructed.After the load data points are fuzzified,the density weights are used.Calculate the load data to get the initial cluster centers.Then,using the theory of demand price elasticity and consumer psychology,the peak-to-valley user response model of non-equal period length is derived,which overcomes the irrationalization of the traditional equalization period.On this basis,for the peak-valley price level optimization problem,a dual-obj ective function of peak-valley price level optimization model with minimum equivalent load peak-valley difference and maximum equivalent load during valley period is established,and NSGA-Ⅱ is adopted to improve it.The algorithm solves the model.Finally,the simulation calculation is carried out in combination with the actual data of a certain place,and the results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and method in this paper. |
