According to the survey data show,by the end of 2016,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region highway mileage has reached 190000 kilometers, most of which have been built roads and roads to be built in the planning area of grassland.Grassland area of low population density, topography variation of prairie highway way village, long and straight line, horizontal curve radius is large, the traffic volume is small, compared with other highway has obvious the difference of external stimuli by the driver. In prairie highway driving less, operation frequency is low,so the driver in a quiet state, easily lead to fatigue driving,a threat to traffic safety.According to the characteristics of prairie highway, from the point of view of physiology and ergonomics, combined with the prairie highway with real driving test, can well describe the driver's physiological index of muscle fatigue, data acquisition and analysis of surface EMG signals to the driver while driving the whole local muscle,in-depth analysis of the drivers of neck muscle fatigue characteristics and influence, and the influence factors of the simple classification. On the basis of this analysis, the establishment of the driver in the prairie highway driving neck muscle fatigue model. The research can not only prevent and predict the occurrence time of driving fatigue, driving personnel, especially long time continuous driving personnel The protection of life safety also has a direct effect. In this paper, the changes of the frequency domain indexes of the surface EMG signals of the driver and the changes of the muscle fatigue model were studied.(1)Different driving time on the driver's neck muscles MF have varying degrees of impact,of which the greatest change in 35?70 minute,it is recommended that the driver should rest in the 70 minute.(2)Driving time is an important factor that affects the neck muscle fatigue. The increase of driving time can reduce the fatigue strength of the driver's neck muscles, and will gradually deepen the fatigue of the neck muscles.(3)Gender has a significant impact on the driver's MF index. After the analysis of the driving rules of 150 minute, driving time has a greater impact on female drivers, and women are more likely to suffer fatigue than men.(4)In the driving time of 150min,driving time has great influence on female drivers.Driving experience has no significant influence on average driver's MF index.Driving time has more influence on unskilled drivers.(5)According to the gender and driving experience,we established the model of the driver's neck muscle fatigue model of the prairie highway driver.
