Distribution terminal system is an important part of distribution automation system and is also the basic unit of the whole distribution system.The terminal system can reflect the working conditions of the equipment,so that the operator can quickly identify the fault area and maintain the stability of its function.In the distribution system,the main function of the terminal includes not only the isolation and treatment of fault,can also transmit real-time data to the master,so that the master can have a full understanding of the operation of the terminal,it also can maintain close ties between the master station and the terminal system.In order to improve the power supply stability and comprehensive management level of Jinzhou distribution network,it is necessary to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution terminal construction project.In this paper,through the search of references and reading materials,first elaborated the research background and research significance of city network distribution automation terminal project,and it provides a theoretical basis for the research of the paper,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,put forward the research contents and ideas of this paper.At the same time,this paper summarizes the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation of urban distribution automation terminal project,as well as the content and characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of distribution automation terminal project Secondly,this paper analyzes the evaluation index of Jinzhou distribution automation terminal project,and makes a single factor evaluation of the project.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of Jinzhou urban distribution automation terminal project,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the distribution automation terminal project,finally the calculation and analysis conclusion proving that this project is feasible on the whole.The comprehensive evaluation of the construction project of distribution automation terminal can be used to analyze the factors affecting the implementation of the project in detail,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the project.Combined with the present situation of Jinzhou power distribution terminal system,the operation mode of urban distribution network can be arranged scientifically and rationally,the network is optimized and the energy loss is reduced.This paper carried out the research on comprehensive evaluation of Jinzhou distribution automation terminal project,established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and verify its feasibility,provides some reference for the related research on the comprehensive evaluation of distribution terminal construction project.
