Comprehensive Evaluation Of Campus Construction Planning Project Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the development of the system of higher education management, there is a tendency of school consolidation and campus extension. The building plan in colleges is a strategic project for the campus development. Colleges and universities generally attach great importance to the campus planning, but little attention to the evaluation of the planning scheme especially the plan evaluation before the implementation, which caused the initial planning unscientific and unreasonable, leading to the second building, duplication of investment. It not only caused a waste of manpower and material resources, but also hindered the sustainable development of education. Therefore, it has very important theoretical and practical significance to study how to scientifically carry out the planning scheme for evaluation.Firstly, based on the studies of relative theory on Campus planning and the comprehensive evaluation of construction project, as well as detailed analysis of campus plannings existing problems, it put forwards the necessity of campus planning evaluation. Secondly, we constructed evaluation index system of campus construction project planning from four aspects of the campus location, functional layout, architectural design, and economy of the planning scheme, selects exponential scale AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the planning scheme of campus construction project evaluation model. In order to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results, we carried out the applicability analysis of the evaluation model. Lastly, taking one college and university in Kunming construction project as example, it carries on a comprehensive evaluation for campus construction planning level, which proves the rationality and the feasibility of the constructed evaluation system, thus provides some theoretical reference for campus planning and evaluation of the related field.
