Comprehensive Evaluation On Dalad Banner Distribution Network Construction And Renovation

Once again, this paper outlines the scaleof the project construction and analyzes the main design principles of distributionconstruction and renovation. Then, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluationindex system for the project based on three aspects of technical level, economicbenefit, social and environmental benefits, which includes urban distribution networktransformation, charging station construction, distribution automation, estimatedinvestment, distributable profits, payback period, tariff increases, social benefits,environmental benefits etc. Finally, this paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate the project, and concludes that the comprehensivebenefit of Dalad distribution network construction and renovation project is excellent.The research result provides a scientific criterion for decision-making and smoothimplementation of the project, has certain model significance for comprehensiveevaluation of the similar projects at the same time.
