In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the rural living standards continue to improve,a significant increase in farmer household appliances and electrical equipment,resulting in the rapid growth of the rural electricity load,resulting in low-voltage power grid in rural areas with the phenomenon.China's rural distribution network and is closely related to the lives of farmers,as the power system in the last link,the power supply is good or bad quality of the lives of farmers and production play a decisive factor.Therefore,to speed up rural low-voltage distribution network management,effectively improve the rural distribution network supply voltage,to guarantee the normal life of farmers,promote the sustainable development of rural economy has a very important significance.Tieling City as an important prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province,is China's major grain producing areas,high-quality agricultural production and processing base and emerging coal-energy village.In this paper,the primary status of the rural power grid distribution Tieling briefly analyzed,and every exit from the substation,medium voltage line end,export distribution tran sformers,low voltage distribution network end of the line and other matters covered under the rural distribution network session low voltage phenomenon comprehensive treatment,and proposed the establishment of an intelligent low voltage rural distribution network monitoring systems to better rural distribution network in Tieling City,real-time monitoring,to provide a low voltage control stand by.This paper is divided into four main parts,the first part is mainly about a brief overview of tieling city basic situation,development of tieling power grid and the electricity situation that has carried on the brief introduction.we put forward direction and content of study in this part.The second part is mainly on the transformer substation and power distribution transformer exit point voltage controlled adjustable capacity of reactive power compensation device,10 kv reactive compensation equipment intelligent cutting device,10 kv mobile SVG,low-pressure SVG,with new changeable stationing,using online oil filter on-load voltage regulating principle analysis,using a single transformer in distribution,and find the applicable scope of all kinds of principle.The third part mainly is analyzing about the end of the line or load concentration by raising vol tage or increasing the principle of reactive power compensation device,and finding a suitable scope of all kinds of reasons.The fourth part is according to the actual situation in tieling region,selecting a suitable low voltage control ways and methods for comprehensive treatment and verifying the feasibility of the theory and practical management methods.
