With the improvement of people's living standard,more and more electric power equipment is entering the peasant household,and the rural electricity load is increasing day by day,which leads to the doubling of the rural electricity consumption.In recent years,the electric power sector in China has carried on the thorough analysis to the rural low voltage phenomenon,and has formulated the related policy regarding this question.However,during the season and daily peak periods,there are many areas of low voltage phenomenon.The problem is mainly in rural areas where the lines are old.The phenomenon of low voltage has greatly affected the power consumption experience of rural users,affected the normal life of rural areas,and hindered the pace of urbanization in rural areas.Therefore,the low voltage control of rural power grid in China is particularly important.In this paper,the current situation and the causes of low voltage in rural power grid are analyzed in detail,and the low voltage control and optimization technology are discussed in detail.In view of the shortage of transformer voltage regulation,the low voltage control of10 kV distribution lines with insufficient cross section and long power supply radius is studied in this paper.Secondly,considering the system in the actual operation,because the problem of voltage and reactive power control zone caused by the unreasonable limit and voltage loss,this paper starts from the rural area,rural on the optimal partition method is studied,and then puts forward the basic concept of voltage weak node,no basic power control partitions on load voltage.The construction of low voltage reactive power control governance model considering wide area voltage weak nodes,and using Matlab software,the 10 kV of rural power distribution network reactive power control in a wide area,through the example analysis,verify the feasibility of the method.
