The economy construction and economic system reform of China made it possible to actualize urban and rural integration. As the important fundamental condition for improving the agricultural production, agricultural economy and development of rural society, the quality of planning, design, and construction of rural power network will play a crucial role in economy development of China.The construction of rural power network has made tremendous progress for the past 50 years, represented by the increase in supply indexes such as power supply reliability and voltage quality because of the construction of rural electrified counties. However, due to the fact that the economy development of China has a huge speed, the rapid increase of loads will result in higher requirement to quality, economy, efficiency and reliability of power supply for both power supply enterprises and rural consumers. Therefore, higher standards are demanded for the construction of rural power network.This paper puts emphasis on researching the network structure planning of rural high-voltage distribution network. By choosing voltage grade, transmission distance, wire size and main wiring of substation as technical-economical indexes of planning and design, this paperdiscusses the optimization problem of rural high-voltage distribution network planning and gives a new method to direct the planning and construction of rural power network of Chengdu and the whole power system.
