Design And Application Of Administrative Softswitch System In Hengshui Power Supply Company

With the development of communication technology,computer and network technology,the development of NGN has become inevitable.The advantages of separation of business from call control and separation of call control from bearer make the IP network easier for management,which has brought more value-added services for telephone network.Softswitch as a functional entity,provides effective call and control functions for the NGN.Softswitch combines voice,video and image functions in one.It can satisfy users' multiple requirements by carried out through network.It will benefit the coordinated command,command communication of production and the arrangement and feedback of work to apply advanced functions and value added services of softswitch technology in Electric Power Communication Network.The application of softswitch in power field upsurge in nowsday,so few precedents can be utilized.Effective planning and design are essential before construction.In order to improve the communication level of Hengshui Electric Power Supply Company and ensure the effective production scheduling,a set of mature softswitch construction ideas are selected after intensive investigation.In this paper,overall construction plan and design requirements are presented,related equipment in four-level architecture are deploymented based on softswitch project of Hengshui Electric Power Supply Company.This paper analyzes the structure and configuration of bearer network as well as security threats in the system.Besides,this paper also put forward on some advanced business functions such as AG self-exchange function and remote configuration management on IAD teminals.The study suggests that the softswitch system not only has all the functions of traditional SPC exchange system,but also achieves the perfect integration of switching technology and computer network technology.The construction of softswitch system achieves a variety of advanced applications which provides references for Hebei South Network.
