With the continuous depletion of fossil energy and the worsening pollution of the environment,Photovoltaic(pv)intelligent building has received increasing attention along with the development of photovoltaic technology.In the process of construction project management,engineering design,quality control,cost management,safety management and time control is the most important four aspects,of which time control occupy a foremost position,construction period postponing will directly cause the rising in project costs and the incresing in project risk.Due to traditional schedule management tools lack of quantitative analysis basement,the scheduling of the the project planning have no scientific fundation,and then resulting in duration estimation inaccurate.Photovoltaic building construction project has the characteristics of high technology difficult,high time limit request.Therefore,the study of how to carry out scientific and reasonable time limit management and schedule control to improve project management level,to reduce the comprehensive cost has significant social and economic benefits.This paper takes photovoltaic roof intelligent building project of National Grid economic and Technical Research Institute as the research object,deeply researched its schedule management.Firstly,This paper generalizes the research status at home and abroad,on the basis of traditional design structure matrix(DSM),introduced a number of derivative matrix,and the project schdule planning model was put forward.Secondly,based on the critical chain technology,this article puts forward the recognition method of key chain,and set the buffer on critical chain and non-critical chain process,the new method of buffer setting within the time limit of a project and the buffer early warning mechanism is established,too.Finally,this paper take photovoltaic roof intelligent building project of Beijing electric power economic technology research institute as an example,studied its schedule management.The analysis of the example shows that the project schedule planning and monitoring method which based on design structure matrix and critical chain technology is feasible,from a static point of view,which can effectively shorten time limit for a project plan so as to save resources and promote the competitiveness of the bid,from a dynamic point of view,which can effectively monitor the implementation process through early warning mechanism,and decrease project risks.The research on schedule management of PV intelligence buildings in this paper is of great value.
