As China's primary energy structure of the status quo,thermal power units in a very long time will occupy half.With the fossil energy resources around the world increasingly scarce,In response to the national energy-saving emission reduction policies,and at the same time assuming the social responsibility of environmental protection,government's and power plant's growing purpose for thermal power units to improve its economic and environmental protection has become more urgent.The state of Pulverizing system's operation impact its own and entire thermal power unit energy efficiency level.Therefore,it is very meaningful to make energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis for the pulverizing system in thermal power units.For the milling system,pumping out the main energy consumption of coal mill equipment and the first fan group.The establishment of operating parameters from the equipment-equipment energy efficiency indicators-pulverizing system energy efficiency indicators-thermal power unit energy efficiency indicators is a complete and detailed index system.Based on the mechanism analysis and data mining methods to obtain the parameters and benchmark values for a good foundation of energy efficiency analysis and evaluation.Building energy efficiency evaluation scheme from the bottom to the top of the thermal power plant.The energy dissipation factor of energy efficiency indexes in system and equipment layers is analyzed,and the calculation model of energy consumption difference is established,verifing the correctness of the reference value and consumption factor.The energy efficiency evaluation results of each layer of the pulverizing system are given by the deviation of the operating parameters and the energy efficiency indexes.The establishment of milling system energy efficiency diagnostic program.According to the result of energy efficiency evaluation,the weak link of energy efficiency is located.Based on the diagnosis tree and expert system based on energy efficiency diagnosis knowledge base,this paper analyzes the possible causes of the problems and the suggestions for the adjustment.In this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency diagnosis of the pulverizing system of Unit # 5 of a 1000 MW super-critical unit in a power plant are studied.Examples are given to verify the actual effect of the project,which provides a direction for the research on the energy efficiency of the pulverizing system in the future.
