In the background of 1000 MW ultra supercritical units in this paper,energy efficiency monitoring,analysis,evaluation and diagnosis on the cold-end system of units.Cold-end system has a great impact on energy efficiency of power plant,and it is also an important part to ensure the efficient economic operation of power plant,so it is necessary to study.First,the composition,functions and specifications of the cold-end system of a power plant are analyzed in detail,the flow chart of the cold-end system and device tree are made.According to the three principles,selected the appropriate indicators and parameters,on the basis of this,the energy efficiency index system of cold-end system is constructed,set up mathematical model of the cold end system.Then,based on data mining(k-means clustering method to obtain basic value,and combined with EBSILON simulation platform to validate the basic value of the mining.By using the theory of loss factor analysis,the cold-end system index loss factor and parameters loss factor respectively analysed and studied in detail.On the basis of assessment factor and poor evaluation coefficient,using single index evaluation for all the single index,get evaluation of energy efficiency evaluation.At the same time,in different condition and different circulating water temperature,reasonable arrangement circulating water pump operation mode.According to the results of the evaluation of energy efficiency of cold-end system,to implement energy efficiency diagnosis,respectively established the energy efficiency knowledge base,database and model base of cold-end system,by using FTA and FMEA method,combined with reason,influence,signs,and solving measures that led to the decrease of the energy efficiency level of the cold-end system.When abnormal levels of energy efficiency,using energy efficiency diagnosis rules the IF-THEN,find the corresponding failure mode,and provides a complete set of diagnostic process efficiency Finally elaborated the ultra supercritical million units in one power plant the energy efficiency evaluation and fault diagnosis system software engineering application On the three typical working conditions of the cold end system efficiency analysis and evaluation instance to explore,to verify the effectiveness of the developed system module.
