Due to China's rapid economic development,the demand for electricity,unbalanced distribution of energy resources and load center,environmental protection,UHV power transmission have been developing rapidly.Mass of UHV power transmission makes the proportion of external power accepted by provinces increase significantly.External power solves the electricity demand and reduces environmental pollution in the province.But at the same time,it causes power system security and stability issues,as well as the problem of how to dissolve the power together reasonably.In terms of power source construction,integrating internal and external power to arrange for power generation appropriatly and dissolving the power together reasonably face new pressures.Along with the process of electric power system reform and the implementation of the national energy strategy,the effect of reliable power supply and environmental protection on power generation,power source construction and even power layout will be more and more highlighted.In this context,in order to coordinate UHV power transmission and power source construction in the province,it is necessary to analyze the relevancy of the coupling between external power and provincial power source construction considering dual restriction.Research aims at finding of the relevancy and coupling characteristics of UHV power transmission and power source construction,and discussing their relationships and rules.For this purpose,firstly,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of power source construction in the province from three aspects,including safety,adequacy and environmental protection.Also this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the reliability of UHVDC power transmission as an example of external power.Secondly,the paper uses the entropy method to give weights of all indexes,establishes the correlation model as well as the coupling model based on grey correlation analysis and solves models by using Matlab software programming.Last,the paper conducts a case study.Lastly,the paper takes a province and a ±800k V UHVDC power transmission engineering for example to conduct a case study.According to the evaluation index system and statistics and data mining,this paper calculates coupling value and grey correlation value of the UHVDC power transmission and power source construction system.Then the research analyses relevancy characteristics and coupling characteristics between two systems from two aspects of reliability and environmental protection qualitatively and quantitatively.The result reveals inner relevancy,dominant factors and coupling degree betweentwo systems.On the basis of the result,appropriate suggestions and countermeasures of power source construction are put forward.The research content can provide the basis and foundation of internal power dissolution together with external power,power source planning and construction in the province.Also it is significant for coping with the electric power development,puting forward reasonable proposals and coordinating the relation between internal power sourse and external power in the new situation of large-scale UHV power transmission in our country.
