Power grid construction project post evaluation is a technical and economicactivities refers to the project has been completed the construction and operation aftera period of time,give a objective,systematic analysis and summary for the purpose ofthe construction project, the project implementation process,effects, economicbenefits, social benefits and influence.Through the comprehensive, objective,andsystem analysis of the project, to observe the project is expected to set whether toachievethe goal,all the technical and economic index meets the requirement;Summarythe problems and experience occurring in the project management process, and givesa reasonable proposal, in order to improve the follow-up power grid constructionproject investment decision and management level.In this paper, Tangshan Caofeidian220kV power transmission project as theresearch object, based on lots of investigation and search for relevant information onthe system, first introduced the project post evaluation concept,purpose, principles,contents and evaluation procedures and other basic theory,Then according to theactual situation of Tangshan Caofeidian220kV project, construct the comprehensivepost evaluation index system of this project, on the basis of comprehensiveevaluation,apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation resultsshowed that all the indexes of the project are to meet the requirements, the wholeproject comprehensive evaluation results is excellent, indicating that the project was asuccess.At the same time, the evaluation using in Caofeidian220kV powertransmission project success, for the subsequent power grid construction project postevaluation work of a reference and provide a useful attempt.
