There are many problems in the existing conveying system,such as settling,jamming,conveyor deviation,noise,dust,etc.,which greatly affect the safety of industrial production.An important reason for this phenomenon is the inductive curve design of the inductor is unreasonable.This paper is based on the kinematic model,kinetic model to formulate the form of energy function expression.And by calculus changes,to minimize friction,and to export the relative speed of the the conveyor according to the smallest,we can get the optimal curve.The calculation method of material flow velocity and pipe wall force is designed.Based on MATLAB and VB,the calculation software is developed to estimate the material transportation condition rapidly.Design the 3D model and then,with the help of the commercial software EDEM,we can finalize the final design of the curve.The feasible design idea is given,which has positive significance to improve the working environment of the factory.
