| High density of urban population reduced the space on the ground,heavy traffic system made the situation worse.Underground space provides broad prospect to human,not only can reduce 30%~40%of the traffic pressure on the ground,also can provide more additional space.At present,the development and utilization of underground space were in the underground transportation systems,the synthesis of underground urban,underground pipe network system and so on.Although underground space had a good prospect,its building technology was more complex than the earth building and also to the cost.Especially,the leakage phenomenon of basement was appeared easily.The plugging technology of underground building was the topic in the world of waterproof all the time.Although.waterproof construction technology had been developed from rigid waterproofing and flexible waterproof to the merge of the two,the rates of inspection of basement were improved gradually.the rates of leakage were too.People called it " underground cancer "because It was hard to cure the leakage.There were two phenomenon in basement,such as water seepage and leakage.This Paper defined them by linear flow on the surface,analyzed the reason and treatment measure of the horizontal construction joint,irregular crack on wall surface,exterior wall pipes,post-cast strip and so on.Among them,the first three was seepage parts,the methods to cure them were simple;There was a crack on one side of post-cast strip,the crack was 0.12m length and 0.33mm width.It was the leakage part.To study the methods to cure the crack was the start of this Paper.This Paper used the the principle of open-type crack from concrete fracture mechanics and ANSYS to calculate the maximum crack width and stress intensity factor.To stand out the convenience of ANSYS this Paper compared the results of the two.From the analysis of the crack of two dimensional plane three dimensional space,this paper found out the specific reason of the crack of post-cast strip,set up a useful method named the original plant got a good efficiency when it was used on some basements.According to engineering practice,the original plan was optimized which called the first optimal plan.It got a very good efficiency.But,this plan cannot think out the flow path,so the second optimal plan was promoted,this plan got a better flexibility,not only can cure the leakage but also reduce the cost.This plan can be applied to the first and the second basement.These plans can achieve requirements of waterproof standards.These plans were the technological achievements of this Paper,also the conclusion of the Paper.At last,the arched plan was presented.This plan will arch the wall to put the cementation of old and new concrete closely. |
