Waterproof and impermeability performance has always been the focus issue of the basement concrete project,which is related to the normal use,structural safety and the service life of concrete.The waterproof and impermeability of concrete can be improved by adding a certain amount of waterproof agent into concrete.However,the waterproof agent has a negative impact on the early strength of concrete.In addition,the structure waterproof technology and waterproof material can not adapt to the needs of the situation,leakage occurs frequently.Therefore,it is very important and valuable to research new waterproof material and promote waterproof performance of concrete on the basis of existing waterproof technology.With the development of science and technology,nano-materials have played an important role in the field of building engineering because of their excellent properties such as surface effect,size effect,which promoted the continuous development of traditional building materials.Afterwards,the effects of rigid waterproof concrete mixed with nano-SiO2 and ordinary waterproof concrete on sulfate corrosion resistance were studied,and their sulfate corrosion life was also studied.Therefore,prepare the nano-modified waterproof agent,and then concduct the rigid waterproof concrete.It is helpful to improve the waterproof and impermeability performance and enhance the durability of concrete.And also,the effect of waterbased capillary inorganic coating material on the waterproof concrete bibulous rate and impermeability are studied.The best spray coating amount and age is optimizedThe results show that incorporating composite waterproofing agent and nano-SiO2has some influence on the flowability of concrete,which can be ensured through appropriate technical measures,such as increasing the dosage of superplasticizer.Compared with the concrete with JX crack-resistant siliceous waterproofing agent alone,the early compressive strength,chloride ion penetration resistance and water penetration resistance of the concrete with nano-SiO2 have been significantly improved.The sulphate corrosion resistance of rigid waterproof concrete with SiO2 has been improved,and the life expectancy has been improved obviously.What's more,the more capillary crystalline coating and longer age of concrete,the lower water-absorption index of concrete.Also,the effect of waterproof coating on the impermeability of concrete was studied through impermeability test.The experimental study shows that waterproof coating has significantly improved the impermeability of concrete.Finally,the waterproof engineering raw materials,design quality,construction process quality,and application of total quality management are described in detail,so that the basement concrete to meet the waterproof and impermeable requirements.
