A measure of the quality of bridge construction,the main standard is to see whether the actual stress state of the bridge and the line to meet the design requirements;In the long span arch bridge,the distribution of the internal force of arch bridge mostly depends on the arch alignment,the linear control of the arch alignment is to make the internal forces and the bridge alignment to meet the design requirements.For the long span reinforced concrete arch bridge,the linear control is to make the actual arch shape of the arch box within the design requirements and achieve the goal of arch shape.In this paper,the Toba bridge located in Diqing Lancang river as the engineering background,research on the above issues,the bridge belongs to the heavy arch bridge.Due to the need for practical engineering,load the car 60,hanging 300 check(Load design is tested,using load the car 60?hanging 300,the bridge can at least through the car load of 300 tons)?(1)According to the higher load of arch bridge,the higher the design requirement,Linear and stress is required to be within the design requirements.The pre camber of the bridge is set up by finite element software.The pre camber setting of heavy load arch bridge is analyzed.It provides some reference basis for the pre camber setting of heavy load arch bridge in the future.(2)The more the design load of the arch bridge is,the more serious the influence on the alignment is.Due to the influence of various factors,it is very difficult to measure the alignment exactly with the design.Combined with the finite element analysis software,the settlement of each stage of construction is analyzed,this paper analyzes the influence of arch shape of arch construction team.(3)According to Toba arch bridge,the influence of the stress on the arch structure is analyzed,at the same time,the influence and change rule of stress and line in each construction stage are summarized.Analysis of the relationship between stress and line shape in the construction of heavy arch bridge,by this rule,in the later construction of heavy load reinforced concrete arch bridge,the stress distribution of the whole bridge can be calculated by the change of displacement,to a certain extent,solve the difficult problems of stress monitoring.The maximum stress and displacement change of the overloading arch bridge is monitored,it has certain reference value in the arch ring alignment and stress control for the future of the overloading arch bridge.(4)The load tests were made for the Toba bridge,the bearing capacity of testing whether meets the load standard.Through the experimental study,the influence of external force on the internal force of the arch bridge is different from that of the common bridge,the stability of the arch bridge is analyzed and judged,and it lays a foundation for the construction methods and monitoring research of the similar bridges in the future.
