Study On Risk Management Of Urban Rail Transit Schedule

With the advantages of convenience,efficiency,green and punctuality,urban rail transit has been recognized by all parties as an effective measure to solve the problem of traffic jam in cities.Accordingly,the city with construction conditions has begun to build simultaneously.Due to the large number of professional systems,large scale and wide influence,the construction schedule management is very difficult.Every line can be built on time.It is the expectation of the urban people and the responsibility of the construction manager.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the progress risk management of urban rail transit.Taking the first phase project of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as a specific case,this paper systematically studies the risk factors of all stages of urban rail transit schedule,and puts forward the control measures for schedule risk management.The main work and results of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on a brief introduction of the development and progress of city rail traffic risk management,analyzing the progress of risk management in different city,the analysis confirmed the significance of the study,and purpose;the analysis of characteristics of city rail traffic,the risk management model of progress,system and method,establishes the theoretical framework of schedule risk the management of city rail transit project?(2)The implementation of the system of schedule management has in accordance with the city rail transit construction division,decision-making,design and operation,four stages,using the flow chart method respectively to identify risk factors of city rail transit construction progress from environmental risk,management risk,technology risk in three aspects,establish risk index of the corresponding schedule management system?(3)The city rail transit schedule risk management using flow chart method and risk evaluation matrix method and qualitative analysis evaluation,determine the level of risk factors;AHP on risk factors in different stages of weight calculation,and two kinds of evaluation results for comparative analysis,determine the main risks in different stages the factors?(4)Combined with the compilation and management of the total period plan for the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1,we made a comparative analysis of the pre control measures and the actual control results made by risk management,which once again verified the practical significance of risk management.At the same time,it puts forward control measures for key management risk control,such as coordination management,bidding management,construction risk management and so on,which provides reference for urban rail transit schedule risk management.
