At this stage,with the rapid economic development of China,the development process of modern cities in various regions of the country is constantly increasing,and the construction of road traffic has also received special attention,especially in the construction of subway projects,I say,the main components of public transport in modern cities.The construction situation of the project is also concerned by all walks of life.The construction of subway project is affected by the phase,complexity,uncertainty,particularity of construction environment and the intersectionality of multi-professional technology,which results in a variety of complex risk interference in the construction of urban subway project.The construction process will be faced with many problems.Therefore,the construction process of subway project is a high risk project,professional,comprehensive,scientific risk evaluation and management is of great significance.In order to ensure that the construction risk of the subway project is controlled and managed,and to enhance the construction safety,this paper applies the scientific and reasonable risk management theory to identify the risk factors of the construction of the subway project,and comprehensively standardizes the risk evaluation index of the construction of the subway project.And set up the related evaluation system,by constructing the risk evaluation model of the construction stages of the subway project,so as to make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the construction risk situation of the subway project,and also provide guidance for the construction risk management of the project in the first part of the introduction.This paper clarifies the basis,source,background,significance,content and method of this topic,expounds the theory of construction risk management,the theory of risk management,and the related knowledge of the theory of risk management.The connotation and characteristics of construction risk of subway project are clarified,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process theory of purchasing risk and risk evaluation and management flow of wind power project equipment is derived.In this paper,the characteristics and analysis steps of AHP are briefly described,and the fuzzy theory is put forward,and the relevant theory of FAHP is put forward based on two sets of theoretical features.This paper clarifies the steps of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),introduces the fuzzy AHP method to evaluate the construction risk of subway project,puts forward the overall idea and construction of the construction risk evaluation of the subway project,and clarifies the design principles of the evaluation system.A case study of Chenjiaying Station of Kunming Metro Line 4 is carried out to prove the practicability of fuzzy analytichierarchy process(AHP)for the risk evaluation of subway project construction.This paper analyzes the risk management value of the evaluation model for subway project construction.Based on the case study model and the construction project of Chenjiaying Station of Kunming Metro Line 4,this paper applies fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and analyze the risk factors in the construction of the project.To establish a hierarchical model of risk factors to determine the importance of each risk factor,to avoid the random evaluation of subway project construction risk and evaluation results deviation,to promote the evaluation system model,scientific,systematic;The rationality and validity of risk management of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in subway project construction are confirmed.
