| In recent years,Chinese property market presents fiery scenes,especially in the second half of 2016,soaring property prices more obvious.However,we often ignore a problem,the quality of the property market.The operation of project supervision is the key to the quality of Engineering construction.The construction process of the project is complex,including decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage.Although supervision plays an important role in construction projects,there are still many problems.For example,many construction projects established focusing only on the construction stage,ignoring the importance in the decision-making stage,design stage,the relationship between the effective control of investment,quality and progress can’t be three,can’t play the greatest function of project supervision.Binzhou second tier cities in Shandong,the rapid development in recent years,the national well-known developers were settled.These developers have a greater change in the real estate situation in Binzhou,Shandong.There are many problems in the management of real estate projects in Binzhou,such as project supervision,project process control and so on.This paper takes Binzhou City Wanghai Huayuan as an example,the supervision cost of the project investment control,schedule control and quality control are analyzed in detail.Hope to provide theoretical reference for the management and quality of real estate projects in Binzhou. |
