The establishment of China’s supervision industry and the implementation of supervision system have a history of more than 30 years.Now it is the key period of breakthrough reform of management system in China’s construction field.In the construction of major projects,the role of supervision is obvious to all.However,due to the premature and comprehensive promotion of mandatory supervision,there are imperfect laws and regulations,immature construction market and serious shortage of supervision talents.This phenomenon is particularly prominent in small and medium-sized projects.In 2014,Shenzhen first announced the cancellation of mandatory supervision for some projects,which attracted extensive attention from people in the industry.Taking Huangping County as the starting point,this paper studies the impact of canceling compulsory supervision.Firstly,this paper investigates and analyzes the development background of engineering supervision in China and the situation at home and abroad,and describes the main research content and significance of this paper;Secondly,it expounds the current situation of supervision industry in Guizhou Province,and analyzes the influencing factors of supervision system in Guizhou Province;Finally,through the current situation of supervision industry in Huangping County,this paper studies the impact of canceling mandatory supervision in small and medium-sized projects in counties and towns,puts forward reform suggestions for the future development of supervision industry in Huangping County,and looks forward to the development trend of supervision industry in the future.
