The earth-rock dam is the oldest dam in the water conservancy project.It is widely used in the country because of its convenient construction.However,most of the construction is in the last century.Due to the limitation of construction technology and funds,the project quality is poor.Most of the disease running,the need for risk reinforcement.China’s Yunnan Province has a large amount of red clay resources,is the main raw material of red clay plastic concrete,this simulation using Yunnan red clay plastic concrete cut-off wall as the dam foundation impermeable body,this paper uses three-dimensional finite element analysis software in Yunnan Province,The numerical simulation of the stress-deformation and seepage control of the plastic clay in the red clay is carried out.The Duncan-eb model is used in the calculation.The water level is the flood level,the normal water level and the water level Dead water level,wall thickness of 0.3m,0.4m and 0.5m,respectively,using the pre-processing software HyperMesh to establish the model,the division of the grid,the use of non-linear function of the finite element software ABAQUS calculation.The calculation of the layered filling is carried out,and the reasonableness of the geostress and the rationality of the meshing and the interaction of the fluid-solid coupling are considered to ensure the accuracy of the numerical simulation.Based on the calculation of 0.3m,0.4m and 0.5m thick seepage walls in the flood level,the normal water level and the dead water level,the stress and seepage resistance of the cutoff wall under different working conditions were analyzed and compared with those of the cover Deformation coordination.The results show that the stress and deformation values of the dam and the impervious wall are within the reasonable range after the dam foundation is added into the impervious wall,but the stress of the main wall of the wall and the wall of the cutoff wall is different,After comparison and analysis,it was judged that the failure stress value did not reach the damage value of the red clay plastic concrete,and the damage did not occur in theory.In this paper,through reviewing a large number of literatures and studies,the paper analyzes the red clay plastic concrete cut-off walls under different water level and different wall thickness under the inclined wall.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the check flood level,normal water level and dead water level,the displacement of the lead hammer of the cutoff wall decreases with the increase of the thickness of the wall,and the coordination degree of each condition is within reasonable range,The vertical displacement of the wall under the dead water level is less than the check flood level and the normal water level.The maximum displacement of the river along the river decreases with the increase of the wall thickness,and with the decrease of the water level,the maximum point to the top of the wall offset,and there is a tendency to move upwards.(2)Check the flood level,the normal water level and the role of the dead water level,the top of the wall of the vertical stress value of 50%-60%of the wall,with the water level and wall thickness increases,The vertical stress value is reduced,which is helpful to improve the internal stress unevenness of the wall.(3)Under the effect of checking flood level,normal water level and dead water level,the large and small principal stresses inside the wall are the compressive stress,and the large principal stress is only connected at both ends of the wall There is a small part of the tensile stress area,and the value is very small,at the top and bottom of the wall although the stress value of the sudden changes in the situation,but did not exceed the red clay plastic concrete compressive strength,small principal stress in the maximum flood Bit effect,0.3m impervious wall at the bottom of the compressive strength is not more than 1.69Mpa.(4)Under the check flood level,normal water level and dead water level,the thickness of the cutoff wall is 0.3m,0.4m and 0.5m thick,and the infiltration line is reduced to different degrees.The thickness of the wall increases,and the annual leakage decreases. |
