People's living habits and working methods With the acceleration of the modernization process and the rapid development of information technology industry has undergone a fundamental change in distribution network scale is also growing, the traditional maintenance model can not meet the needs of the moment, maintenance personnel,Power supply unstable embarrassing phenomenon began to emerge.State inspection is the preparatory work of condition-based maintenance.State-based maintenance needs to build equipment state database and expert system as the basis, using advanced algorithm theory to determine the maintenance decision-making and implementation plan,in addition to the power supply demand relationship, according to the actual situation.Program to adjust to reduce maintenance costs,to ensure the safe operation of distribution network, strive to maximize the efficiency of its maintenance to ensure that power supply reliability.Based on the analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign distribution network equipment overhaul, this paper studies the basic characteristics and advantages of condition-based maintenance. This paper discusses the application of positioning technology,OWTS technique and infrared detection technology in distribution network equipment detection, and discusses the scheme of constructing the communication network of distribution network equipment condition monitoring by Internet,GPRS network and ZigBee network. The method of state assessment and maintenance risk assessment of distribution network equipment is studied.Data acquisition, data analysis, risk assessment and status evaluation, strategy formulation and implementation of the main equipment in the 10 kV distribution network are discussed in this paper.
