With the increasing of transmission power,the change of energy structure,accurate and rapid removal of large capacity load become an important means to maintain the power balance of power grid and ensure the safe and stable operation of power network.This paper aims to study the load intelligent batch control strategy for Shijiazhuang power network based on smart grid dispatching and control technology.First,the status of security and stability control of power network at home and abroad and the development status of control technology support system are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of the intelligent batch control strategy are pointed out.Then,the specific strategies of batch control are studied from the capacity selection of intelligent batch control,load area division,load filtering screening,load optimization selection and after load recovery.Then the function construction,realized the intelligent batch control of Shijiazhuang power grid load.In the selection of control capacity,using the basic principle of power grid contingency planning,the load of batch control needs to be quantified through three steps of accident definition,accident scan,accident analysis.In the load region division,using the network topology principle,using the Shijiazhuang power network principle,the end load automatic identification network topology is realized by introducing the network topology rapid analysis method.In the load filtering screening,the synchronization method of the strategy and SCADA real-time information is studied,and various constraints are integrated to select the policy,avoid invalid Bangla,and reduce the range of load selection.In the load optimization selection,the characteristics of computer recursive operation and multiple selection scheme are compared,the main strategy of the project application as the load optimization selection,improve the selection efficiency and reduce the computer operation cost.In the after the event load recovery,the hybrid nonlinear load calculation model is introduced,the objective function of network security is modeled,the maximum output and voltage frequency constraints of generator,the general calculation process of quantitative load recovery.Finally,the research results above,form the load batch control strategy of Shijiazhuang power grid,and apply it to practical function development.This paper also provides the test report of load batch control strategy of Shijiazhuang power grid,analyzes the results and deficiencies,and puts forward the improvement suggestions.
