The Research About Waterfront Landscape Planning And Design Of Nanning Based On The Sponge City Construction

In recent years,as urban environmental problems,such as reduction of natural vegetation,natural habitat destruction,serious water pollution and water shortage,out-dated urban drainage facilities,heat island effect etc.,have been outstanding continuously,and with the effects of frequent floods caused by rain,the original urban construction is not to be optimistic in dealing with the urban environment and natural disasters.As the city ecological construction has become a concern of all walks of society again,the ecological urban waterfront landscape planning and design is now a focus of people's concern.With the further research about Low impact development and rain flood management from the word,nowadays sponge city construction has become the urban construction upsurge in China.Nanning city won the first batch qualification of pilot sponge cities in 2014,and relevant projects have been under prosperous construction.With the opportunity of building "Chinese Water City" in Nanning,the related research and discussion about the waterfront landscape construction under the background of sponge city construction is of great significance.On the basis of these,whit the predecessors' research results,according to the sponge city construction in Nanning as the breakthrough point,this paper carried out the study of the waterfront landscape planning and design.Five sponge pilot projects of the city's waterfront green space are picked out for field survey and the related research,and combined with the questionnaire survey,the research and evaluation about situation and results of sponge city construction in waterfront landscape areas had been done.Main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)By the methods of field investigation and questionnaire survey,the sponge city construction has been researched and analyzed about the Nanning city's waterfront landscape construction of the practical operation,the landscape expression,the plant selection in sponge facilities,the tourists' use satisfaction and suggestion,etc.and drawing a conclusion about the application and characteristics of the sponge city conception in the waterfront landscape planning and design,the landscape construction ways of the sponge city construction in Nanning,plant selection and recommendation table,tourists' landscape requirements etc.which,furthermore,has been utilized to form the data foundation of further discussing of the mode and design strategies of planning and design.(2)Based on the survey results,the three elements affecting and controlling the waterfront landscape planning and design has been summed up and analyzed:Natural resources and environment,landscape construction goal and the public demand etc.and discussing the design strategy about site's interpretation and utilization,water security construction,waterfront landscape construction and people-oriented design etc.Finally,the specific pattern of the city waterfront landscape planning and design under the background of sponge city construction in Nanning has been explored.(3)Explored the feasibility of the strategy and model in actual project operation:closed to the goal of development----"ecological civilization construction" from 18th CPC National Congress,in accordance with the relevant state laws and regulations and standards,based on the theory and strategy discussed before,putted forward the design principle of the environmental security,people-oriented design,landscape ecology and landscape characteristic and unified coordination,used the proposed model to make Nanning Shajiang River landscape plan,designed to provide the basis for building Shajiang River waterfront landscape system.
