| Land is the basic resources and environment for human survival and development,the rational use of land is an important guarantee to realize sustainable developm ent of city.With the development of China's urbanizat ion process,urban construction land space is consistently expanding.While promoting the development of social economy,the improvement of urbanization also led to chaotic spread on space in some cities,causing a series of problems such as inefficient urban development,ecological environment destruction.Therefore,how to guide the city to expand reasonably and realize the maxim izat ion of the comprehensive benefits of economic,social and ecological benefits has become a growing concern of the community.The delim itat ion of urban construction land expansion boundary is of great significance to control urban sprawl and improve the quality of urban development.Under the background of the era of big data,based on the related research of city construction land expansion at home and abroad,combined with related theories of land use and urban development,this paper studied the delim itat ion of city construction land expansion boundary through the combination of traditional data with big data.This paper holds that the main limit ing factors of urban construction land expansion are four aspects,the natural conditions and ecological environment factors,social economic factors,people's social behavior factors,policy factors.Considering all the lim it ing factors,the city ecological environment sensitivity and construction land suitability was evaluated comprehensively to determine the limit level of construction land expansion,and the prohibited construction area was extracted.However,it should be considered in city expansion not only the objective factors such as natural environment,social economy,but also the humanism.Therefore,the analysis of the social behavior of people should be seen as an important basis for delim itat ion of urban construction land expansion boundary.The characteristics of urban development and the process of urbanization in Jinan were analyzed.The result showed that,during the study period,urbanization level in Jinan was rising steadily,the type of urban extension was mainly dominated by filling enhancement leading extension,and the construction land expansion rate was relatively stable,the extension mainly extended along east-west direction.The city ecological environment sensitivity and construction land suitability was evaluated,and the prohibited construction area was extracted.Results showed that the central plain area of Jinan was the most suitable area for construction land expansion,while the ecologically sensitive area was mainly located in the southeastern mountain area and the northern Yellow River Basin reserve.The analysis of social behavior based on microblog showed that the Quancheng square business circle and Hongjialou business circle were the most concentrated area of activity in Jinan,and the integrat ion of production and city development was harmony with mixed layout of land use.Urban emotion was fragmentized on the space distribution,but on the whole,urban emotional value in the center area was higher than the edge of the city area,and negative emotion was relat ively gathered in the northern part of the city.The scale of construction land expansion of Jinan was predicted in 2020,the increase area was 57.49 km~2.The boundary of city construction land expansion of Jinan was defined by expansion level,which comprehensively considered the construction land expansion evaluat ion and urban emotion evaluat ion.The results showed that the construction land expansion of Jinan mainly extended along the traffic corridor to the East and West wings,which was according with the City Planning(2006-2020)and the General Land Use Planning(2006-2020)of Jinan,showing that the method was reasonable to a certain degree.Finally,briefly summarized the main conclusion of the thesis and the aspects remained to be further improved in the future. |
