through the analysis we compare hot wind,solar and heat pump their respective advantages and characteristics of three kinds of drying methods,designed and built with chrysanthemum drying performance required by the device-solar energy heat pump drying device,and independent drying methods and the joint operation of the device the corresponding performance test experiment was carried out.First we drying experiment in anhui chrysanthemum as raw materials,the determination of the changes of the related parameters,and then by adjusting the parameters to determine device influence on material drying characteristics,finally we social benefit and economic benefit of the drying device are analyzed.With quantitative chrysanthemum for dry conditions,according to the local solar radiation condition and geographical position,the air source heat pump and solar combined as a coupling for the design and theoretical analysis,and according to the load calculation of drying chamber determines the auxiliary equipment selection,calculate and determine the surface area of the solar collector device configuration and system operation process,completed the study of solar energy heat pump combined chrysanthemum drying device design.The heat pump drying device under the working conditions of constant load is calculated,the realizability of the device is analyzed and determined the system equipment selection and the corresponding equipments.Drying device can automatically adjust according to the weather changes,the ability of independent drying,heat pump drying of solar energy,solar energy and heat pump drying,and the corresponding closed,half open and open device,is a multifunctional operation mode can be independent or combined solar energy,heat pump drying equipment.
