Research On Settlement And Residential Space Form Of Taizhou Gaoqian In The Context Of New Urbanization

After decades of rapid development,China's urbanization rate has exceeded 50%and entered a critical period.Put forward a severe challenge to the development of the ancient village under rapid urbanization,urban and rural construction efforts continue to strengthen,excessive tourism development......,resulting in serious damage to the spatial structure,architectural style and cultural environment of the ancient village.The new urbanization strategy put forward by the eighteenth people's Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is an extension and development based on the reflection of traditional urbanization.It is based on the overall planning of urban and rural areas,urban and rural integration,harmonious development,as the basic characteristics of large and medium cities and towns,the new rural development,mutual promotion of urbanization.How to better protect the ancient village settlement space and residential space form in the context of new urbanization,is the origin of this thesis.Gaoqian is an ancient village in Taizhou,it's spatial form preserved more complete and has a long history.It was named the historical and cultural village of Zhejiang in 2006.In the village still retains a large number of buildings of Ming and Qing Dynasty.Can better reflect the history of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and its surrounding areas.This paper under the guidance of settlement geography and urban planning etc theories,in order to Gaoqian ancient village as a typical representative,through field research,literature review,comparative analysis and other methods,from the natural environment,social economic development,cultural environment and historical culture,to analy the evolution of spatial texture pattern of Gaoqian,on the basis of the evolution divides it into four stages.On this basis,focusing on analyzing the settlement space,residential space morphology and pattern shape of Gaoqian,including street space,water space and space of public building and residential space,and analyzes a typical example.Finally,according to the Gaoqian ancient village protection problems under the new urbanization,from the regional characteristic elements of the village culture protection,economic development,moderate protection of ancient villages planning and other aspects propose the Gaoqian ancient village space form protection strategies,provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection of traditional villages.
