The Research On The Development And Expectation Of Urban And Rural Planning In Hangzhou From The Perspective Of Transformation

Into the new normal,the economy in transition,the city is also in transition.The city must change the expansion of the past extensive development ideas,and gradually to the connotation of intensive transformation.Urban and rural planning,will undoubtedly make the transformation and development of the city have rules to follow.As the basis of urban planning management and implementation,the planning of urban and rural plays a guiding role,and has a certain advanced and forward-looking.Scientific and rational planning,will promote the healthy development of the city,and help urban transformation.As the capital of Zhejiang Province,and the second major central cities in the Yangtze River delta-China's largest economic circle,the development of Hangzhou planning industry reflects the development situation and trend of the whole province and even the whole country.This paper takes the planning of Hangzhou as a sample,starting from the vertical and horizontal clues.From the vertical clues,it analyzes development course and characteristics of urban and rural planning in different periods of hangzhou.From the transverse clues,it analyzes characteristics and innovation practice of different types of the planning.At the same time,this article analyzes from two aspects:objective and subjective.On the one hand,it's based on the hangzhou urban and rural planning projects in recent years and the selection of hangzhou urban and rural planning design prizes.On the other hand,it's based on interviews of hangzhou planning professionals.This paper starts from five aspects:background,course,practice,summary and Prospect.It summarizes the characteristics of different types of planning in Hangzhou.In view of the characteristics and existing problems of Hangzhou planning,this paper tries to put forward some reasonable suggestions,which can provide reference for the planning of Hangzhou and even the whole country.Given the limited time and my lack of ability,the preparation of urban and rural planning in Hangzhou is only the tip of the iceberg.The optimization of urban and rural planning system in Hangzhou and the focus of the work in the future,has not been involved in this paper.Hope that we continue to explore.
