| China’s villages are characterized by a large number, small scale, and wide distribution.Compared to cities, the resource base for individual development of villages is relatively weak. Therefore, the traditional village planning method in China, which uses a single administrative village as a unit for planning,is difficult to comprehensively consider the resource sharing of surrounding villages and towns, and cannot scientifically assess the internal relationship and future trends of village development, which is not conducive to the integrated development of rural areas. The latest territorial spatial planning system,in its reform, places greater emphasis on planning concepts such as regional coordination and integrated development, and emphasizes a holistic and all-factor planning approach. This provides a theoretical basis for solving the above problems, but lacks relevant practice. In addition,as the detailed planning of rural areas in territorial spatial planning, the connection between the preparation content of village planning and the upper master plan also has problems of large span, insufficient depth, and unclear requirements. Therefore, the author believes that in planning,it is necessary to reasonably identify the development relevance between villages, delimit villages within a certain area as rural groups of suitable size, achieve the overall coordination and coordinated development of village resources, and better build a bridge between the overall land space planning and village planning through the preparation of rural group planning.Based on the above issues, this article systematically explores the delineation method and development operation mechanism of rural groups, proposes a theoretical framework for the planning and compilation of rural groups, and takes the villages along the Nanling Canal in Xing’an County,Guilin City as an example to conduct empirical analysis to explore the application methods of this theory in practice. There are seven chapters: Chapter 1 describes the research background, purpose, significance,as well as the research object, ideas, and framework of this article. The second chapter combs the development process of village planning in China, summarizes the advantages and current problems of village planning reform.Chapter3 introduces the concept of rural agglomeration, summarizes the relevant research trends and trends in China, and expounds its significance and role in solving the current village planning problems in China.Chapter 4 analyzes the evolution mechanism and spatial form of rural groups, proposes methods for delimiting the scope of rural groups, and summarizes the development types of rural groups and the linkage model of internal villages.Chapter 5 analyzes the connection between rural group planning and territorial spatial planning, and proposes the content of rural group planning.Chapter 6 takes the villages along the Nanling Canal in Xing’an County,Guilin City as a specific case to conduct empirical research to verify the scientific nature and feasibility of theoretical methods.Chapter 7 summarizes the research conclusions of this article, expounds the innovation points of this article, and considers the shortcomings of the research.China’s vast rural areas are an important component of China’s socio-economic development. In recent years, policies such as rural revitalization strategy and urban-rural integration have been implemented, reflecting the gradual attention paid by the country and local governments to rural development and planning and construction.Based on the perspective of rural groups, this article explores a scientific, reasonable, practical and effective transformation path for China’s village planning system, which has certain guiding significance for practice. |
