As an new ecological and energy saving material,inorganic polymer has high strength and excellent durability compared with traditional Portland cement.While as a low-density and porous material,foamed concrete,which has the characteristics of light weight,good insulation property,good fireproof performance etc,has been widely applied in the con-structional engineering.This paper is aim to prepare foamed concrete using inorganic polymer as cementing ma-terial.And the inorganic polymer was prepared with fly ash,mineral slag and silica fume as the main materials and sodium hydroxide as the activator.The better mix proportion is found by adjusting the amount of different materials.The research shows that the performance of inorganic polymer is better when the amounts of fly ash,slag,silica fume content than for 46:69:10 and the amount of sodium hydroxide accounts for 9.0%of the total mass of the ce-menting materials.Besides,it is proved that addition of hydrogen peroxide has no adverse impact on the inorganic polymer preparation by using modern analysis methods of infrared spectrum analysis and SEM.The inorganic polymer concrete,with hydrogen peroxide as the foaming agent,was prepared by chemical foaming method according to the determined mix proportion of inor-ganic polymer.And it is determined that the better water-binder range of inorganic polymer concrete is from 0.40 to 0.55.In the experimental ratio range,with the increasing of wa-ter-binder ratio and hydrogen peroxide content,it is determined that the dry apparent density,28d compressive strength and thermal conductivity of inorganic polymer concrete all gradual-ly reduce while the water absorption gradually rise by the studies of the influences of wa-ter-binder ratio,hydrogen peroxide contents and different stabilizers on the dry apparent den-sity,28d compressive strength and thermal conductivity of inorganic polymer concrete and the analysis that various samples' pore size,porosity and roundness value by image analysis software of IPP.And the comprehensive performance of foamed concrete with coconut oil as foaming agent is better than with guar gum as foaming agent.On the basis of the better benchmark mix ratio,indicators of prepared inorganic polymer concrete are as follows:dry apparent density of 325kg/m3 28d compressive strength of 0.69MPa,water absorption of 45.2%and thermal conductivity of 0.070w/(m k),when the indies are controlled as water-binder ratio of 0.50,hydrogen peroxide content of 3.5%,coconut oil content of 0.3%,fiber content of 1%,water reducing agent of 0.6%,manganese dioxide content of 0.45%,cellulose ether content of 0.05%,dispersible powder of 1%.Zinc stearate waterproof agent has a better effect on the modification of inorganic polymer con-crete,and the water absorption of modified inorganic polymer concrete low than 10%when the content of zinc stearate is more than 1.0%.The A06C1W10 foamed concrete using inorganic polymer can be prepared when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1.6%-1.9%.The A05C0.5W10 foam concrete using inorganic polymer can be prepared when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 2.2%?2.5%.The A04C0.5W10 foam concrete using inorganic polymer can be prepared when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 2.8%-3.4%.The A03C0.3W10 foam concrete using inorganic polymer can be prepared when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 3.7%?4.3%.
