| Under the concept of green development,the country began to promote the assembly building,but at present,the wall panels matched with the assembly building have some shortcomings,such as self-weight,poor thermal insulation effect,which can not meet the needs of building energy conservation.The inorganic thermal insulation material has the characteristics of thermal insulation,good fire resistance and environmental protection.It is of great practical significance to research and develop inorganic thermal insulation materials suitable for wall panels of assembled buildings by applying this characteristic to assembled buildings.In this paper,the ceramsite and the expanded perlite are used as aggregates to explore the mix ratio of wall panels with light weight,high strength and heat preservation functions.The research contents are as follows:(1)To solve the problem of high-water absorption of ceramsite,the ceramsite particles were wrapped in slurry and used to prepare concrete specimens.The results show that the water absorption of ceramsite can be greatly reduced by slurry-wrapping treatment.The water absorption of improved ceramsite in 1 hour is less than 9%.The compressive strength of concrete prepared by slurry-wrapping ceramsite is also significantly increased.The compressive strength of concrete prepared by ceramsite after slurry-wrapping is 1.68 times that of untreated concrete in 28 days.(2)The type and content of raw materials have a great influence on the performance of wall materials.In order to explore the optimum dosage of raw materials,a single factor variable test was designed.The results show that the optimum dosage of fly ash is about 20%,the optimum dosage of sand is about 50%,and the water-binder ratio should be controlled about 0.45.(3)Orthogonal test scheme was designed with fly ash content,sand ratio,water-binder ratio and water reducing agent content as research factors.The test results show that the sand ratio has a great influence on the performance of inorganic thermal insulation materials for walls,and the size of sand ratio should be reasonably selected.The optimal combination of inorganic thermal insulation materials is A3B1C3D2,that is,when fly ash is added 25%,sand ratio is 45%,water reducer is added 0.8%,water-binder ratio is 0.47,made inorganic thermal insulation materials for walls with the dry apparent density is 1230kg/m,compressive strength is 19.55MPa and flexural strength is 5.93 MPa,thermal conductivity of 0.15W/(m·k).(4)Through the reinforcement test of wall materials,it is found that both mineral fibers and mesh cloth can enhance the effect of mesh cloth,and the effect of mesh cloth is more obvious;when the mineral fibers content is 0.2%,the reinforcement effect is the best;the layout of mesh cloth has a great influence on the flexural strength and compressive strength of inorganic thermal insulation materials,using single-layer mesh cloth on both sides of the test at the same time.The effect is the best when it is laid out.(5)Using the results of the previous experiments to design the wall panels for scale test,the test results show that all indicators meet the requirements of the specifications,which proves that the mix ratio can be used for fabricating fabricated building wall panels. |
