Reach On The Public Space Design Of Institution Endowment Facilities

With the acceleration of Chinese aging process and the coming of aging society,disability and half fail the old number continues to grow.Family structure to the patterns of change in our country,the problem of care for out gradually the traditional family endowment function gradually weakening,endowment patterns also from the traditional family endowment gradually to social endowment,institution endowment is convenient because of its facilities approved and accepted by more people.Based on our country "not rich first old" and old first has not prepared the special background of the current institution endowment facilities system is not sound enough,the categorization of endowment facilities is not clear,not according to the characteristics of the elderly health and care to classify design,the space composition of facilities and space design in the elderly was designed using the characteristic of the special people.Therefore,it is only through investigation and study of endowment facilities,understand the characteristics of the different functions of body and mind the old man’s life behavior,demand for space use,and the differences of demand for space,to better serve the old man,provide better environment for old people.In shenyang endowment institutions as the research background,this paper based on the endowment facilities scale,layout,facilities types such as classification has chosen six typical endowment facilities as the depth research sample,and through the questionnaire interview,to the facilities using basic situation,and the elderly living situation of the opinions on the facilities,living space requirements,etc.Through on-the-spot investigation,surveying and mapping endowment facilities plan,for the elderly in occurred in the public space of the activities for observation,record the old man’s behavior,behavior such as path,record the different functions of body and mind the old behavior characteristic,space requirements,and classify the behavior of the elderly.From space,space scale,space utilization perspective,a quantitative analysis,suitable for different space design Suggestions are put forward.Oneself through the study of this article,for the different degree of the old man provides a scientific and reasonable design of the basis,make endowment facilities to serve the society,to satisfy the life of the elderly characteristic,life needs.To endowment facilities within the space at the same time the main points in the design of the detailed analysis,in order to provide reference for pension facilities within the space environment design and help.
