Concrete is playing an important role in the construction of modern civil engineering.And it is widely used in bridge construction, building construction, high grade highway construction, etc.The quality performance of concrete directly affects the safety and reliability of these projects.Design and develop the test equipment which can exert various loads in order to test the fatigue performance of the concrete has an important significance.At present,hydraulic testing machine has put forward higher requirements on the performance and loading precision.However,the development of computer simulation technology provides a new way for the research of hydraulic machinery system,the performance of hydraulic testing machine is improved before the testing machine is physical formed through simulation analysis. In this paper, the hydraulic simulation software AMESim software has been used to model and simulate the hydraulic loading system of the 50 t concrete test platform, and the simulation results were analyzed and researched.Firstly, calculation of design and component selection of hydraulic system of 50 t concrete test platform, then the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated by using AMESim simulation software. By simulation,we can get the output force and displacement of the piston rod, the pressure of the relief valve,etc. And based on these results, analyse the corresponding problems of the hydraulic system.Secondly,the corresponding optimization design of the hydraulic cylinder size can further reduce the time of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod of the 50 t test platform in the empty load and the return stroke. Using the batch function of AMESim to simulate and analyze the pre charging pressure and the volume parameters of accumulator. By analysis and comparison, the pre charging pressure of the accumulator of the hydraulic loading system of the original 50 t concrete test bench is suggested to be9MPa(90bar), and the accumulator volume can be selected 2.5L by the batch process simulation analysis. Finally, in order to make the output of the piston rod load forceshould reach a higher technical index, we can add the PID controller to correct. By comparing the simulation results with no added PID controller, the output force of the piston rod after PID correction has been greatly improved in accuracy and stability of the tracking effect.Through the analysis of this paper, it provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the design and manufacture of hydraulic products in the future.
