Energy is the driving force of social development and the material basis for human survival.With the development of economy,energy consumption is growing.Solar energy is a natural green energy and it has no pollution,which can be free to use and continuously regenerated,without considering the problems of transportation or pollutant emissions,meeting the requirements of using green energy in the twenty-first Century.Therefore,the full using of solar energy in the construction can achieve the target of "energy-saving emission reduction".Compared to the compression refrigeration,the semiconductor refrigerating and heating technology can work without noise and liquid or gas working medium.The semiconductor technology can reduce the pollution such as fluorine or other elements to the atmosphere;at the same time,the refrigeration state of the refrigerator can be turned to the heating status instantly by switching the direction of the current,which is easy to control.But the use of semiconductor technology in the construction is rare.In the trend of using renewable energy in the society.To study how to combine the solar panel and the semiconductor refrigeration(heating)board to regulate the indoor environment in high efficiency and energy saving conditions.Manufacture a blind made of solar panel and semiconductor refrigeration(heating),through the combination of experiment and simulation to understand the change of the energy required with temperature and noise.By comparing the test and calculation of efficiency,to achieve the best structure of the solar panel and semiconductor components and the maximum efficiency;get curves of the indoor temperature and noise in cold region;the solar energy can share 50%of energy consumption of the semiconductor air conditioning curtain.The solar semiconductor refrigeration(heat)curtain has the advantages of high efficiency,less energy consumption,simple structure,can be used for a long time.Nowadays the government advocates that we produce products in a low-carbon and energy-efficient way which makes it has broad prospects for its popularization and application.In addition,the study is aimed to apply the solar panel combined with the PVC noise reduction hole board into the outdoor sun shading louver so that it could improve the light environment and sound environment of the building and reduce the energy consumption.In the existing buildings,test the sun shading louver composing of the solar panel and PVC noise reduction hole board compared with the original building,and analysis its effects of energy saving and noise reduction performance.Contrasting the effect of energy saving before and after the sun shading louver set has found that in the Shenyang area,under the certain structure,every 100 square meters of solar panel can save 1.52 tons of standard coal,while the noise reduction board can reduce 10%-20%noise indoor.The result show that:the certain structure of the outdoor sun shading louvers can decrease some sunlight from outdoor into indoor in summer and reduce the noise from outdoor while providing the necessary sunshine in winter.The structure has the advantages of simple and durable,while it can reduce the load of heating and air-conditioning and save energy.
