With the gradual reduction of coal,oil and other energy sources,the ecological environment is becoming more and more serious.As a green energy source that does not pollute the environment,wind energy is being paid more and more attention to all over the world.Wind turbine low input shaft bearing is one of the key components of main drive chain fan,and its performance directly affects the reliability of the whole operation of the wind turbine.Taking Ningxia silver star energy co.,LTD.,a 1.0 MW wind turbine speed input shaft bearing as the research object.First of all,according to the bearing load cases,under the full life cycle design based on the Hertz elastic contact theory,the bearing is calculated under the working condition of 26 kinds of roller and inner and outer ring raceway of contact stress and load distribution;Second,in the Romax Designer software to create a low speed fan input shaft bearing model,through the simulation analysis of the 26 conditions of low speed input shaft bearing rolling body and the inner and outer ring raceway contact stress distribution,and the calculation results are compared with the theory of Hertz validation of the Romax Designer software simulation results.In the Romax Designer software,respectively,simulation analysis of 26 kinds of bearing radial clearance and lubrication condition of the fan speed input shaft bearing,it is concluded that when the radial clearance for-10 ?m-0?m in the vicinity of 2.437,lubricating oil film parameters,fan speed input shaft bearing of life's highest conclusion,and the traditional L-P bearing life calculation formula is amended,on a low-speed input shaft bearing life prediction formula considering wind machine radial clearance;Finally,based on the structural fatigue and consider the distribution of the load bearing life prediction method,combined with the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory of the wind turbine speed input shaft bearing fatigue life prediction,and with the fan of low-speed input shaft bearing life prediction formula for comparison,verify the validity of the proposed formula.The conclusions can be used as reference for the design and prospective maintenance of low speed input shaft bearings of wind turbines.
