| The population increase dramatically,large and medium-sized city ground traffic congestion problem has becoming increasingly serious.Underground traffic expands the space resources,effectively alleviate the traffic congestion and provide the basic conditions for the healthy and orderly development of the city economy and society.As a huge public infrastructure,subway has a large investment,long duration,complex processes,involving a wide range of features.Currently,lack of information in the process of construction,poor coordination,change the number of low efficiency and other issues in general leads to subway construction project quality,duration and cost make it difficult to control effectively.BIM technology is based on 3D information model that allow the multi-participant in the project throughout the life of information exchange and sharing.It can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of subway construction projects.However,attention to the main body of the excessive focus on short-term costs and benefits limit the application of BIM technology,and at the same time loose cooperative relationship based on contract.BIM technology in the application of the project throughout the life of the standard is unclear,lack of process,the interests of fuzzy and other issues further hindering the spread of BIM technology.Therefore,it is need to study the diffusion mechanism of BIM technology in subway construction projects from the perspective of stakeholders.Based on the full life of the subway construction project,identifying the impact of stakeholder interest requirements on BIM technology diffusion is needed.Using the Mitchell scoring method,the core stakeholders are identified from the three aspects of initiative,influence and profitability.This paper analyzes the respective benefits of core stakeholders under different strategies,constructs the evolutionary game model between core stakeholders,solves the evolutionary stabilization strategy of BIM technology diffusion,and explores the influence mechanism of parameters on evolutionary stability strategy under initial decision.Application of literature analysis,expert interviews,identify the impact of BIM technology diffusion at all levels,the dimensions of the factors to establish the influencing factor set,to obtain the public influence factor by factor analysis method,to analyze the process of BIM technology diffusion,and to study the potential effect of micro-level factors on the diffusion oftechnology by univariate analysis.The system proposed to promote BIM technology in the subway construction projects in the application of the implementation strategy to achieve the subway construction project objectives,improve the quality of subway engineering,to help China’s underground space resources,efficient the development and utilization. |
