Evolutionary Game Analysis On BIM Technology Diffusion Of Prefabricated Construction

Industrialization and informatization of buildings have become the mainstream trend in the development of the construction market.The combination of BIM technology and fabricated buildings has promoted the transformation of the construction industry and the development of building information technology,effectively improving the shortage of resources and environmental degradation in China.However,the application of BIM technology in China's prefabricated constructions affected by many obstacles and conflicts of interest among the participating entities.The combination of the two has been in the initial stage.Therefore,analyzing and exploring the influencing factors of BIM technology diffusion and the game relationship between stakeholders in the prefabricated construction has great research significance for realizing the development and diffusion of BIM technology in prefabricated construction.Based on the theoretical basis of technology diffusion theory,stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory,this paper uses literature,questionnaires,qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the spread of interest-based subjects.Relationships and decision-making factors,explore the key factors affecting the spread of BIM in prefabricated construction,and provide theoretical basis and decision support for promoting the diffusion of technology.This paper applies the three-dimensional classification method to determine the core interests of BIM technology diffusion in the prefabricated construction: the government,the owner,and the construction unit,revealing the interest interaction relationship between the three;and using the principal component analysis method to explore the influence of the BIM technology diffusion of the prefabricated construction The deep relationship between various factors and the influence of various factors on the decision-making of core stakeholders.Finally,based on the content of interest interaction and different decision-making results,the evolutionary game model of government and enterprises,owners and construction units is constructed by using evolutionary game theory,and the game model is analyzed.The hypothetical parameter changes and the influence of different subject decisions on the evolution path,and the application of MATLAB software for numerical simulation,based on the analysis of influencing factors and the evolution of the game results,from the macro and micro aspects respectively proposed to promote BIM technology in the assembly building Suggestions for rapid diffusion.
