Under the trend of consumers' choosing good background,consumers are no longer satisfied with the use of consumer electronics products.Only have a good emotional experience of the product can be recognized by consumers,and stimulate their desire to purchase.Serious homogenization of domestic consumer electronics have been unable to meet the growing emotional needs of consumers.In order to improve the competitiveness of products,the domestic consumer electronics companies have to make innovative design.However,the research and practice of CMF design in China is still in the initial stage,the vast majority of consumer electronics companies have no clear CMF design principles and norms.Therefore,based on the theory and method of Kansei Engineering,this paper introduces the design and research methods of Kano model and onion model to build the CMF design flow of consumer electronics.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of Kansei Engineering and CMF design.Then study the CMF product design theory and method,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used research methods.This paper summarizes the relationship between CMF design elements of consumer electronic and sensibilitythrough the study of sensibility theory.Based on the theory and method of Kansei Engineering,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative study on the sensibility of consumers.At the same time,this paper studies the level of consumer demandbased on the Kano model.In order to make the consumer electronics CMF design meet the eexpectations of consumersdemandbetter,use the onion model and cultural value model study the relationship between the consumer demand and their cultural value backgrand.Thenseparate target users and establish user models.In order to make consumer electronics CMF design to meet the consumers surprise demand better,excavating andsummarizing the existing research results of CMF design trend.Combined with the user models,make the theme images of the production.Then,select the appropriate samples rich the CMF basic sample library.On the basis of the above research,this paper constructs a CMF design process of consumer electronics based on Kansei Engineering.Finally,the company's project of CMF design of TVis completed through the design practice.Through project evaluation toverify the feasibility of the research method and process.So as to realize the emotional attributes of the product through the CMF design of consumer electronics to meet the emotional needs of consumers.Through the construction of CMF design research methods and processes based on Kansei Engineering,promote the continuous innovation CMF design of consumer electronics.On this account,promote the development of the consumer electronics industry.
