As urban construction floor is high and the distribution is more intensive,the external fire rescue capacity is limited and we need to escape by flotation device at the time of the fire.There are a variety of escape slow descent device on the market with the principle of friction braking more,low utilization rate and can not control the speed of decline.Aiming at the shortcomings of the slow escape device,this paper adopts the escapement principle to design a slow escape device,which can realize multiple reuse and the user can take the initiative to control the descent speed to cope with the sudden situation.In order to complete the design work of the descending device better,this paper combined with the related knowledge of escapement,and auxiliary design was done and physical prototype was gradually completed with the help of simulation software ADAMS.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To determine the escapement as a function of the core components of the design program,from the escapement of the relevant knowledge and the escapement of the important parameters-vibration cycle analysis,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of escapement retarder.(2)Design of the escapement retarder components according to the design scheme and the established mathematical model was achieved,such as:the design and check of the escapement,gear/drive shaft,wire rope/reel and the selection of parts such as bearings and bolts type,for the simulation and the production of physical prototype to provide the basis.(3)According to the design parameters of the escapement type retarder,the simulation model was modeled and simulated by ADAMS.The optimization scheme was put forward:the angular velocity,angular acceleration,the time domain and the frequency range chart of the contact force of the card and driving wheel system were obtained by simulation.From the escapement flexible,the pendulum and escapement wheel stress-strain diagram were gotten.(4)According to the revised and optimized design parameters of the retarder,the physical prototype was made and the existing problems were further optimized by functional measurement.Through the design of parts and check/ADAMS auxiliary design/physical prototype test results,this design of the escape retarder not only meet the functional requirements of slow down,but also has a high security,which can be applied to high-rise escape or rock climbing and other sports.
